Terms and conditions:

1) Descriptions:
The products that we sell on our website are digitally photographed and are as accurate as they can be. However, due to different monitors and settings of computer monitors the colour and/ or shading may appear slightly different to what is shown. We make every attempt to ensure that the goods sold match the the description and photograph of what is displayed on our website. Therefore, any minor variation in shade or colour of goods that arrive will not entitle you to claim compensation or reject items.

2) Measurements:
All of our blinds are made to measure from your sizes. It is important that you make sure the sizes or correct at the time of measuring as PC Blinds Ltd will not take responsibility for incorrect measurements. PC Blinds Ltd will not accept refunds or returns if incorrect measurements have been taken as we cannot re-use or re-sell goods that are made to measure. If you have any concern or queries before purchasing we highly recommend that you contact us via email or telephone or consult our how-to-measure page.

3) Made-To_Measure:
Made to measure means custom made. We make blinds to your measurements specifically and are therefore they are suitable for your window only. We cannot cancel or return products for this reason. PC Blinds Ltd will not be held responsible if you dislike the quality of our blinds or decide you don't like the colour. You should take care in making a decision on what product is right for you and that all measurements are correct. This does not affect your statutory rights.

4) Fabrics and shades:
Fabrics are either dyed or printed and can therefore vary in shade and tone. Due to the nature of this process we cannot guarantee that shades will match any previous orders or samples. Any samples that you receive via post may only show a small print of a large pattern. It is therefore advised that you contact us before placing any orders to clarify and questions you may have to the designs and patterns.

5) Tolerance:
Any blind that is produced may have a slight tolerance or up to -/+ 3cm with the cut of fabric. PC Blinds Ltd will not replace or refund any orders that are made within the fabric limit set.

6) Order cancellations and alterations:
When ordering your goods through us you are agreeing to a legally binding contract. The Consumer Regulations 2013 state that blinds are excluded from this legislation and the 7 day cancellation rights do not apply for made to measure goods. You are still able to cancel your order for a full refund so long as the products have not been made. If the goods have already been manufactured then you will not be able to receive a refund. It is important to contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or make amendments to an order you have placed. We strongly advise that you check your confirmation email promptly top avoid any mistakes or disappointment.
